In order to find true love, I must first love myself. 

The deeper the hurt does NOT mean the deeper the love.  It means RUN and don’t look back.

WOW!!  This couple’s unfortunate story definitely caught my attention.  I’ve never really had a problem w/ submitting my love status on social networks.  I mean, if I’m in a relationship, why not just list this fact, right?  But, now that I think about it…the mere idea of tagging yourself taken or not is more headache than it’s worth.  I mean, sitting there wondering if your gf/bf is going to change their status, thus proclaiming that they are off limits.  Or, who is going to change it first?  And, if they changed it first, you obviously have to follow suit.  Does this mean they like you more or perhaps you don’t care enough.  blah blah blah.  I mean, I can imagine the seeds of doubt starting to form w/ this whole process, despite how mindless it might be.  In the case of Forrester and Emma, it reached a deadly outcome because his mental illness had reached a level beyond reasoning or common sense.  I know everyone has nutty thoughts in their heads at times, which is why this story made me give this dumb topic some thought.  It’s all about controlling your wild imagination but I can see this story repeating itself in another country, with another couple going through normal relationship strains and how a facebook relationship update could definitely trigger insane urges.  So, what does this mean?  Personally, after reading this, I think the only people who need to know about relationship statuses are the government and those you choose to tell in person!  No need to list it out iand update such things on the internet!  What are your thoughts or experiences?  I’d love to hear them.
